Important Times to Remember:

7:25 – Campus Opens

7:55 – Tardy Bell / Class Begins

2:40 – Day Care Vans Arrive

2:50 – Car Line Dismissal Begins

2:55 – Buss Loading

Arrival : 7:25 a.m. / Tardy Bell: 7:55

PLEASE STAY OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING IN OUR PICK UP AREA (THE HORSESHOE). OUR CAR LINE IS A SINGLE FILE LINE. DO NOT GO AROUND THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU UNLESS DIRECTED BY THE STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY. WHILE WE ASK THAT ALL STUDENTS EXIT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN THAT IS NOT FEESIBLE. LASTLY,  PLEASE WATCH YOUR SPEED. OUR STUDENT AND STAFFS’ SAFETY IS OF UPMOST IMPORTANCE.

Morning Procedures:

The car line runs in the horseshoe drive at the front of campus. Cars arriving before 7:25 must line up along Mitchell Ave. (Do not park/ block someones driveway including businesses.) At 7:25, a staff member will motion for the line to enter campus. *Cars entering the drive prior to 7:25 will be asked to pull around.

Dismissal Procedures: 2:50

The car line runs in the horseshoe drive at the front of campus. Cars arriving before 2:55 must line up along Mitchell Ave. The city of Purvis asks that you do not line up more than 15 minutes early. (Do not park/ block someones driveway including businesses.) At 2:50, a staff member will motion for the line to enter campus.

Please do not cut in line from a side street during the car line. This causes several issues such as: students will be out of order, your student will not be called, and has been known to cause road rage, leading to accidents. All of this causes an interruption to the flow of the line. Please know you may be asked to pull to the back of the line so as not to inconvenience others who have been waiting in line.

*Walking students: No students will be allowed to walk to Ramey’s. Students who walk must have an address that is within a mile of PUE.
